  Salesforce.com - JIRA plugin License Installation Instruction

This document outlines the procedures which needs to be followed to install the license for CustomWare's JIRA Salesforce.com Plugin

  1. Login into JIRA.
  2. Confirm that license is not installed by selecting a issue associated with the SalesForce.com custom fields
  3. A warning  message is displayed under the SalesForce.com custom fields


  4. To install the plugin, click on the Administration link.



  5. Click on the link name License Details



  6. Under the License Details section, since there are no license currently installed we get a screen as shown below.



  7. Now, to install the license, click on Browse and select the purchased license file from the file system.
  8. After choosing the license file, click on Upload



  9. Once the license is installed successfully, License information of the installed license should appear as shown below
