Reporting 2.0.0 Released

The latest version of the Reporting Plugin has been released, and it is a big one. Over 30 issues were resolved, ranging from bug reports to new features. Some of the key items are:

  • Confluence 2.7 compatibility - This version is now compatible with, and in fact requires, Confluence 2.7.
  • Nested reports - you can now have report tables inside other report tables by adding a numeric postfix on sub-reports. Eg. {report-table-1}, etc.
  • Key value injection - To make things simpler and easier to read, you can now enable 'injection' of key values in the form '%prefix:key%' directly into report-body, report-column and report-on macros. Check out the documentation for examples.
  • HTTP Request access - You can now access HTTP request parameters and headers via the Request Supplier.
  • Extra options - Many macros and suppliers have extra options available to make life easier.
  • Plugin integration - Better integration with other plugins which may wish to provide extensions to standard reporting features via the Confluence Reporting Library.
  • Bug fixes - All major bugs reported so far have been fixed.

Visibility 1.7.0 Released
Labels: plugin, release

the Visibility Plugin 1.7.0 has been released. This essentially contains a fix for the problem in 1.6.0 where macros were being output as HTML markup when viewed inside a visibility macro. It also requires Confluence 2.7. Users still on earlier versions of Confluence should use Visibility 1.5.
