This feature allows you to upload any attachment in your JIRA issue to Salesforce.com. This feature is built on top of the listener that updates synchronises JIRA information to Salesforce.com. As it is built on top of the listener, you must also enable the configuration which enables the JIRA issue to by synchronised to Salesforce.com for this feature to work.
Usage
To use this feature:
- Click the value ON
- Make sure your have the SFCaseUpdateListener installed in your JIRA instance
- Make sure you allow JIRA to synchronise information to Salesforce.com via the Administration configuration
If the above conditions are met, JIRA will automatically send the attachments in your issue to the related Salesforce.com Case associated to your issue whenever the issue is updated.
