Anyone who contributes to a space starts watching their contribution automatically.

This plugin allows administrators to specify that any user who comments on a page or a news item automatically starts watching it, so that they are automatically notified of further updates.

After installing the plugin, you will have to specifically turn autowatching on manually. |
Once you have it installed, access the Configuration screen to turn it on. In Confluence 2.2 or above, or with the Plugin Repository, simply click the 'configure' link in the plugin discription. If you are using Confluence 2.1, you will have to go to the following URL manually:
Once there, you can specify that all spaces default to autowatching, or you can specify individual spaces to apply it to.
