The CustomWare Connector for Salesforce.com and Confluence helps connect business users to their customer’s information via powerful reporting of data from Salesforce within Confluence.
Details
Your business users collaborate in Confluence. Your customer
information lives in Salesforce.com. The CustomWare Connector for
Salesforce.com and Confluence lets business users view up-to-date
Salesforce.com objects and data without leaving Confluence. As a
result, business users have easy access to the information they need
without having to navigate to another system.
With the connector users can view within a Confluence wiki page the
following from Salesforce:
- Accounts
- Contacts
- Cases
- Leads/Opportunities
- Products/Solutions
- And more
The connector comprises a custom integration component for Confluence
that makes calls to Salesforce.com and renders the information within
a wiki page. The connector requires Salesforce.com Professional or
higher and works with any version of Confluence. The integration does
not require additional Salesforce.com seats for those accessing
Salesforce data from Confluence.
