DetailsA plugin that allows users to upload zip files to Confluence and have it expanded as individual attachments to the page or blog post. Confluence's UI is a nice and easy way to get files uploaded to it. When you need to attach files to a page, you can choose to upload to a number of files at a time. The default is 5, but you can configure more. While that works most of the time, there might be times when you need to upload many files at one go. For instance, uploading 50 pictures to Confluence at once. So, why not just zip it all up and have Confluence expand the archive as individual attachments to the page? Now, you can! Let's say you have a zip archive that looks like this: Archive: secrets.zip
testing: more-secrets/ OK
testing: more-secrets/next-lottery-winning-numbers-for-the-next-millennium.txt OK
testing: my-password-in-a-super-secure-text-file.txt OK
No errors detected in compressed data of secrets.zip.
and you would like the two text files to be attached to Confluence without choosing them for upload manually. With the plugin, just upload the zip file (secrets.zip) and you're done! Below shows how it can be done with 3 steps.
And you're done! Overview
