Support with SLAs
CustomWare runs a global helpdesk for our tier 1 customers that require Enterprise level support. Our SLAs provide our customers with the peace of mind support during off-hours or adhoc times, as well as emergency support as required.
Training & Best Practices Mentoring
We offer a full range of courses on Atlassian products (JIRA and Confluence) to clients globally, either onsite and via remote (webex) courses. Further, to ensure the success of your global wiki rollout, we offer Wiki Strategy Workshops.
