• Implemented Confluence to replace the previous intranet system

• Migrated existing intranet data

• Enhanced the standard functionality of Confluence to allow modified documents to be checked and approved:
  • Automatically notified moderators of content changed
  • Content would not be visible to staff until moderators approved the changes

• Provided a custom Confluence theme in accordance with corporate design standards

• Setup Confluence spaces reflecting restricted access based on company roles and teams
