Problem

The problem occured on the encrypted transactions.

There is no connectivity problem (i.e. you can send the message to your partner and your partner can view the message in his Trading Networks Transaction Analysis).

However, an error occured when processing EDIINT messages:

processed/error: decryption-failed

The sender also gets the following error message on their Trading Networks Transaction Analysis:

MDN Disposition: automatic-action/MDN-sent-automatically; processed/error: decryption-failed

Solution

Please check the manifest.mf in Jre\lib\scecurity\Local_Policy.jar.
If it is "Crypto-Strength: limited", you would need to download and intall JavaTM Cryptography Extension (JCE) Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy Files from Sun website.
Please also restart the Integration Server for the new policies to take effect.
